industry seriously?

I am not sure if you are referring to female rappers or not, but if you are I would say it depends on the type of rap that you do. If you are a female gangster rapper it's hard to believe because the term gangster rapper usually refers to strength and power. Female are known more for their feminine wilds and cunning instead of power. That is why females like Lil' Kim and Jackie-O are better regarded. You don't have to be sexually oriented but if you're lyrically inclined just focus on your word play and promote your image. If you are that raw you will get recognized.                                                                  8-11
